1. Definitions

  • User/You: The recipient of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Finrend/We: Finrend Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi.
  • Application: The platform that allows the User to monitor markets and supports investment decisions with AI-based algorithms.
  • Website: The platform under the domain name www.finrend.com.
  • Platforms: The Application and the Website.

2. Financial Advice Warning

The information provided on the Platforms is either real-time data or general recommendations based on our analysis model and application features. Finrend is not a brokerage firm under the Capital Markets Legislation.

The User acknowledges and declares that:

  • YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS IN CRYPTO, STOCKS, AND ALL INVESTMENT INSTRUMENTS.
  • THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY FINREND ARE FOR ADVISORY PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE INSTRUCTIONS OR INCENTIVES.
  • YOU USE THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND TRANSACTIONS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • FINREND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RISKS OR ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THE USER'S TRANSACTIONS.

3. Offers

Finrend provides real market data, analyses, and general recommendations regarding products and services. The User acknowledges that the Platforms do not have an investment advisory license.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable Purchases)

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at specified intervals unless canceled by the User.
  • Users can manage their subscriptions through App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • If a subscription is canceled, the User will continue to benefit from premium features until the end of the current subscription period.

4.2. One-Time Purchases

  • Certain digital content or services may be available for one-time purchases.
  • One-time purchases do not include a subscription and do not renew automatically.

4.3. Pricing and Refund Policy

  • All prices are displayed in the app store at the time of purchase.
  • Finrend does not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Accuracy of Information

Finrend makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data provided on the Platforms, but does not guarantee the correctness of such information.

6. Other Provisions

Finrend reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
